Hi everybody. I got fat so i need to start working out. :P
*the workouts i post will have some explanation. For more clarification, you can either workout with me, if you are living in irvine, at 5:00pm everyday except Saturdays and Sundays or search for them on youtube and something called the internet.
Advice: always try to go for weights that cause your muscles to feel the burn during the workout. please push yourselves and remember to always stretch.
If you do not have a gym, then do as much as you can do.
MOnday-Friday Warmup/Cooldown
Run 1-2 miles or you can do 5 40 yard sprints with 15 second rest in between eac sprint./ stretch as a cool down. keep limber. :D
Monday: sorry i got lazy and did pushups and squats lol.
Tuesday.
5 x 10 upper body pull.-
3 x 10 deadlifts
5 x 10 pull ups - with assist, if needed.
3 x 10 torso rotation
3 x 10 bicep curls-modified. hold both dumbells in a 90 degree in front of you.
curl one arm-remember to keep elbows in- 10 times while holding the other 90 degrees. switch and repeat for the other arm. then without dropping the weight twist the dumbells into a hammer position. do the same thing as described above.
3 x 40 mason twists
50 burpees nonstop
2 x 1:30 min planks
Wednesday- shoulder day
3 x 10 arm raise/back flys/arnold presses - do not drop the weight until you the entire 10 reps for each excercise. ex. 10 arm raises, then 10 back flys, then 10 arnodl presses. drop weight. weight 45 seconds and begin again.

5 x 10 cable row rear delt rows
3 x 10 side to side pushups
3 x 10 cable internal rotation
2 x 1 min mountain climbers.-
3 x 25 V-ups
4 x 15 barbell ab rollouts
100 crunches
2-3 x 10 hanging pike- if you can.
Thursday.
3 x 10 weighted squats or 3 x 50 body squats
3 x 10 leg press
3 x 12 calve raise
3 x 20 body alternating squat jumps - both legs count as one rep :D
3 x 10 box jumps or 3 x 15 leap frogs
finally 1:30 Wall squats x 3
Friday
3 x 10 dumbell bench press
3 x 10 incline barbell press
3 x 10 chest flys
4 x 15 standing chest flys using the cables.
3 x 10 skull crushes
3 x 10 pulldowns
3 x 15 pullbacks or i think that’s the name O_O
3 x 8 explosion pushups. - pushup and try to get as high as possible. remember to bend your arms upon landing to not hurt yourself.
